Lowest temperature recorded at 4.5˚C in Panchagarh

The country’s lowest temperature in the season was recorded in Panchagarh at on Sunday morning.
Met office sources said, the temperature was recorded at 4.5 degrees in Tetulia upazila at 9:00am.
Extreme cold weather continues to intensify in Panchagarh, making everyday life difficult for its people and putting those in poor communities in distress and suffering. People were seen burning hay and straw to keep themselves warm.
M Rohidul Islam Rohid, acting officer of Tentulia Weather Observatory told risingbd that the temperature would even fall more.
