MPs can’t head governing bodies of colleges: HC

The High Court has published its verdict that declared nomination and appointment of lawmakers illegal to become the governing body president of degree colleges.

Justice Ashraful Kamal and Justice Rajik Al Jalil signed the released verdict, who also pronounced the verdict.

Advocate Humayun Kabir, who filed the writ petition, confirmed the matter on Thursday morning.
