Motorcyclist killed in Joypurhat road crash

A motorcyclist was killed when his bike collided with another motorbike in Chakbarkat area of Joypurhat sadar upazila on Saturday night.

The deceased was identified as Atowar Hossain, son of late Waz Mia, hailed from Chakbarkat village of the upazila.      
 
Confirming the matter, Shahriar Khan, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Joypurhat Sadar Police Station said, “The victim was going to his house at night after shutting his shop on Saturday night. Meanwhile, his motorcycle collided with another bike in the area, leaving Atowar critically injured.

Later, locals sent him in the Joypurhat Adhunik Hospital where he died under treatment.
