Man, nephew electrocuted during catching fish

A man and his nephew have died of electrocution during catching fish in a water body at West Damodorpur village under Sadullahpur uapzila in Gaibandha district.

The deceased were identified as Azizul Islam and his nephew Uzzal Mia of the village.

Officer-in-Charge of Sadullapur Police Station Masud Rana said Azizul and Uzzal went to catch fish on Wednesday night.  At one stage, they came in contact with a live wire and died on the spot. Being informed by locals, police recovered the bodies early Thursday.
