Minni arrested

Barguna Correspondent: Rifat Sharif’s wife Ayesha Siddika Minni, the main witness of the sensational murder case, has been arrested.

She was shown arrested around 9:00pm on Tuesday.

Maruf Hossain, Superintendent of Police (SP) in Barguna, confirmed the news of arrest.

Earlier, Police took her to the district Police Lines in the morning for interrogation over the incident.

Minni’s husband Rifat Sharif was hacked to death in front of Barguna Government College at broad day light on June 26.
