Mother, daughter among 3 killed in road crash

Three people including a woman and her daughter were killed as a bus hit a rickshaw at Ashulia in Savar on Friday morning.

The accident took place around 9.30am in front of the National Monument.

The deceased were identified as rickshaw driver Juel Rana, passenger Maleka, 22, and her daughter Fatema, 3.

According to police, a speedy bus hit a rickshaw, leaving three dead on the spot.
