Mother, daughter burned alive in Ctg

Staff Correspondent, Chattogram: A mother and her daughter were burned alive in a fire that broke out at a colony in Kolshi Dighirpar area of Chattogram on Tuesday night.

The deceased were identified as Nasima Begum, 35, and her daughter Lamia Akhter (7).

The fire broke out at a colony around 9:00pm. Four units of firefighters rushed there and brought the fire under control after an hour, sources said.
