Motorcycle driver killed in city

A motorcycle driver was killed in an accident in the city on Thursday midnight.

The accident took place around 12.00am at Matuail CNG Station of Jatrabari.

The deceased was identified as Tariqul Islam Bhuiyan, 36, son of Ansar Ali Bhuiyan in capital’s Shantinagar area.

According to sources, an unidentified vehicle ran over, leaving him seriously injured.

He was immediately taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where duty doctors declared him dead.
