Motorcycle rider killed in Gazipur road crash

A motorcycle rider was killed as drum truck hit the motorbike at Barmi area of Mawna under Shreepur upazila in Gazipur on Tuesday.

The deceased was identified as Nahid Morol, 25, son of Fazlu Morol of Vitipara of Kapasia.

Shreepur Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) said a drum truck hit the motorbike when Nahid along with two other pillions was heading towards Mawna, leaving Nahid dead on the spot and another pillion injured.

The injured could not be identified immediately.
