NGO worker infected with corona in Satkhira

A NGO worker, SanjoySarkar, has been infected with coronavirus at Kapasdanga village under Talaupazila in Satkhira district.

Satkhira Civil Surgeon Dr Husain Shafaet confirmed the newson Thursday night.

He said sample of SanjoySarkarwas sent to PCR lab of Khulna Medical College Hospital where he tested positive for coronavirus.

TalaUpazila Health and Family Planning Officer DrRajibSarkar said the victim’s house will be put under lockdown.
