OCs of 8 city police stations transferred

Officer-in-Charges (OCs) of eight police stations including Motijheel Police Station of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been reshuffled.

DMP Headquarters issued an order in this regard on Tuesday.

According to DMP order, Bhatara OC was transferred to Paltan Model Police Station while Kalabagan’s Inspector (Civil) Mohammad Yeasir Arafat to Motijheel, Khilkhet OC Md Mostafizur Rahman to Mirpur Model, Shyampur OC Mizanur Rahman to Kotwali, Uttra (West) Inspector (Civil) Poritosh Chandra to Kalabagan, Airport Inspector (Civil-Investigation) Moktaruzzaman to Bhatara, Sabujgab Inspector (Civil-Investigation) Mofizul Alam to Shyampur and Banani Inspector (Civil-Investigation) Mohammad Borhan Uddin to Khikhet.

Besides, according to same order, Kotwali OC Sahidur Rahman was transferred to DB West Zone while Motijheel OC Omar Faruk to DB North Zone, Mirpur Model OC Dadan Fakir to DB South Zone.
