One dead in Narayanganj cylinder explosion

A woman has died and seven people have burnt in a gas cylinder explosion at Shiddhirganj in Narayanganj.

The incident took place around 5.30am on Monday at the ground floor of a five-story building in Signboard area.

The deceased is Nurjahan Begum, 60, who received 100 per cent burn injury.
She died around 11.00am at the ICU of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).

The injured are Abul Hossain, Kiron Mia, Hiron Mia, Kowser, Mukta, Lima and Apon.
