One killed in Kaliakoir ‘gunfight’

A suspected terrorist was killed in a ‘gunfight’ with police in Habibpur area of Kaliakoir upazila of Gazipur early Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Abu Hanifa, 30, son of Kanchan Sikder at Habibpur.

Sub-inspector of Kaliakoir Police Station Mufti Mahmud confirmed the news.
 
Abu Hanifa was a listed drug trader. Four policemen also injured in the gunfight, he also said.
