‘PM monitoring dengue situation round the clock’

Senior Correspondent: “Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is closely monitoring the dengue situation from London round the clock,” said Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Malik.

The minister made the comment while addressing an inter-ministerial meeting held over dengue situation at his secretariat on Thursday.

“The Prime Minister is enquiring about the dengue situation round the clock and providing required direction in this regard. Keeping all-time contacts with her office, we are working on preventing the dengue situation following her direction,” Zahid Malik said.

He sought support from the media in this regard.
