Pirojpur road crash kills 3

Three people were killed and two others injured as a bus crashed into an auto-rickshaw at Musollibari in Mathbaria upazila Pirojpur district on Sunday morning.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

A bus of Eagle Paribahan bound for Mathbaria from Dhaka hit an auto-rickshaw this morning, leaving three passengers dead on the spot and two others injured, said Masuduzzaman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Mathbaria Police Station.

The injured were admitted to Mathbaria Upazila Health Complex, the OC said.
