Poba Health Complex put under lockdown

Rajshahi’s Poba Upazila Health Complex has been declared lockdown after a nurse of the hospital tested positive for coronavirus.

Besides, all doctors, nurses and staff of the hospital have been kept under quarantine.

The head nurse tested positive for coronavirus at the lab of IEDCR on Tuesday.

Poba UNO Shahadat Hossain confirmed the matter.

He said the sample of head nurse was collected on April 23.  At first it was sent to the lab of Rajshahi Medical College, and later it was sent to IEDCR in Dhaka.
