Priyanka talks to Rohingya in Cox’s Bazar

Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: Famous Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, also the Unicef goodwill ambassador for child rights, has visited three Rohingya refugee camps in Cox's Bazar for the second day.

She firstly visted Hariakhali camp on Teknaf border on Tuesday morning.

From there, she went to Bhanga of Shah parir Dweep in Teknaf where Rohingyas fled to Myanmar took shelter and talked to the children there. She heard tale of oppression conducted by Myanmar army. Later, she posed for images with Rohingya children.

Later, Priyanka visited Balukhali camp of Ukhia around 11:00am and talked to Rohingya people. She observed all out atmosphere in the camp.

Ranjit Kumar Barua, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Teknaf Model Police Station, said Priyanka visited Hariakhali camp after her schedule was changed suddenly. She was supposed to visit Leda and Hwaikong Unchiprang Rohingya camp, but it was cancelled.
