Keep confidence on court: PM

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged the students demanding quota reformation to keep patience and wait until any decision regarding the issue comes from the apex court.

The Prime Minister made the call on Wednesday afternoon, while addressing the nation, amid the ongoing violence over the quota reform movement. 

“I do believe, the students will get justice from the apex court and they won’t be disappointed,” she said.

“I further declare that judicial inquiry will be conducted for the sake of fair trial and justice in all the untoward incidents, including murder,” she said.
 
“On whose instigation the conflict started, who pushed the country to an anarchic situation for what purpose, will be found out through investigation,” she added.
