Rajshahi division reports 43 new coronavirus cases

A total of 43 people have been found infected newly with coronavirus or COVID-19 in eight districts of Rajshahi division in last 24 hours, raising the total number of confirmed cases in the division to 766.

Dr Gopendranath Acharya, health director of Rajshahi division, confirmed this to risingbd on Friday (May 29) noon.

Of those infected, five people have died of the deadly virus and 197 patients recovered in the entire division as of today, he said.
