Rifat murder: Rishan put on 5-day remand

Barguna Correspondent: A court in Barguna has placed Rishan Farazi, third accused in the Rifat Sharif murder case, on a five days remand.

Senior judicial magistrate Mohammad Sirajul Islam Gazi granted the remand order on Friday.

Md Humayun Kabir, inspector of Barguna sadar police station and the investigation officer of the case said the accused was produced before the court seeking 7 days remand.

Earlier, police arrested him on Wednesday night. Police so far arrested 15 people in connection to the case.
