Rifat’s father disappointed as Minni gets bail

Staff Correspondent: Dulal Sharif, father of slain Rifat Sharif, has expressed his disappointment as Ayesha Siddika Minni, wife of Rifat, secured bail in the sensation murder case.

After HC granted to Minni on Thursday, he told reporters on the court premises, “I’m disappointed as she got bail. Because, she is involved in the killing. My son lost his life because of her.”

Meanwhile, Minni’s father Mozammel Haque Kishore expressed his satisfactory as his daughter secured bail.

He said, “Al-Hamdulillah, I’m very much happy with the order. It proved that there is still fair trial in the country.”

He said, “Foul people are doing misdeeds which were published. I’m proud of this. I got a fair judgment that is my victory for me.”

The HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman granted permanent bail to Minni around 2:00pm.
