Dhaka College, City College students clash; 37 at DMCH 

Students of Dhaka College and City College locked into clashes in phases on Wednesday.

The clashes started in the capital’s Science Lab area at around 2: 30pm and continued till Wednesday evening. Chase-counter chases were taken place between the two groups.

It is learnt that Dhaka College students vandalised a bus in the Science Lab area. After this, City College students reacted and clashed with them. 

After receiving the information, army and police members rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control. 

At least 37 students have been admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Arif, Mohiuddin, Tarek, Tahsin, Faisal, Tariqul Islam (Rajib), Mohammad Ali, Hasan, Ismail, Fayad, Md. Mahir, Sakin, Tanvir, Tamim, Taufiqur Rahman, Ashiq, Raj, Mehadi, Shishir, Md. Ashiqul, Tausif, Toha, Shihab and Tasil.
