SC to explain its instruction to media: Anisul Haque

Staff Correspondent: Law Minister Anisul Haque has said the Supreme Court (SC) will soon give an explanation about its notice regarding media report on ongoing cases at the court.

The minister said this while talking to reporters after a meeting with Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain in the capital on Monday.

He said, “Discussion is going on among them (SC judges) about the circular and the SC will very soon give a clarification about it and therefore misunderstanding will be removed.”

In reply to a question, he also said, “I talk with the Chief Justice some times. So, visiting him is normal.”
