Salt price rumour: DNCRP launches hotline

The Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) on Tuesday launched hotline numbers and urged people to make phone calls if anyone demand exorbitant price for salt.

The three numbers of DNCRP are – 0255013218, 0177-7753668 and 01624-278012.

Besides, the police headquarters also requested people to file complaint dialing hotline number 999.

According to a government press note, there is no salt crisis in the country or there is also no possibility of increasing salt price.
