Shafiul gets 4 wickets in 6 balls!

The eighth edition of Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL) 2019-20, the country’s lone franchise-based first-class cricket event, started on Friday (January 31).

A total of four teams participated in the competition. The teams BCB South Zone, BCB North Zone, Islami Bank East Zone and Walton Central Zone. 

In the opening round, South Zone took on North Zone at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram.

In the first innings, South Zone managed to score 262 runs losing all wickets.

In chase, North Zone lost four wickets in the very first over. South Zone pacer Shafiul Islam smashed all the four wickets for four runs.
