Stress management in sales

In sales works, stress is a must to have, it is not possible that, one person is a salesman and he do not have stress, stress management is especially important in sales works.

What is stress? In normal sense on stress is a complete mental state of human being, stress is normal reaction to the body when you’re thinking or emotion goes ups and down. The body reacts to the level of changes in physical, emotional, and thinking response level. Stress is very normal part of human life. Anyone can experience stress from his surrounding environment, from his body condition and from his thinking.
  
Why people feel stress in normal case? Stress occurs when someone perceived that he has been asked for something that he cannot manage the result or beyond his thinking capability.  When he has been pressed to do something that, he thinks that, not possible for him. It can happen in any place or any situation in life, in school, in work, in relationship or in any place of life. 
Stress arises when someone sensed that requirements placed on him – exceeds his ability to cope. That time stress happens. It is completely mental state. We can change it or manage it.  
Why we get stressed? When we do too many commitments, Family fights happen, get into pressing deadlines, the evilest negative power is fear to cause stress, different types of financial fear, relationship fear, fear of death, fear of old age. Unhappy workplace many things cause the stress.

It happens inside the mind, and we need to know this fear, analysis them in proper way.     
Possible health problem from Stress:  Stress caused many types of health problems. How do we know that we are in stress? Symptoms of stress as bellow:

1.    Dizziness and being feel out of work and feel unwell. 
2.    Headache and do not feel good in physical body.
3.    Pins in the mussel and in the solder. 
4.    Feeling acidity in the stomach. 
5.     Muscle tension in the neck, face, and solder.
6.    Do not like to eat anything (in some case someone face more eating interest) 
7.     Less sleep – problem in sleeping. Tiredness in mind and body. 
8.    Heart rate goes high, short breathing.   
9.    Feeling cold or sweeting problem in hand palm – symptoms are different in different person in different way.

Stress have the long-term impact on our health. Long-term unmanaged stress can cause high-blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many other long-term health problems.

How we can reduce the stress in life? If we can really find the way and can introduce the solutions in our life, it will particularly be good to have a great life. if we can manage the long term or short-term stress, we may have an exceptionally good balance of work life and family life. Here are some salutation ideas that we may practice. 
1.    Learn to set goals of life and works: There is no problem in life to have big goals, big drams, big target, and big goals are good. But we need to know how to manage this big goal. Here is how we can manage the big goals, We may divide the big goals or target in different small size, many be we have a target for the monthly goal, we may divide it into daily, weekly or even in hourly basis, what happened then, the target is small for the time Bing and when you achieve it within that set time, it will bring you happiness, the happiness of achieving something. This will give you the will power to move forward. Its like playing video game, once you cross one level, it will give you more motivation to go for the next level. Try this idea, it really works.
      
2.    Take break from any sessions: Some time it is very difficult to take break from the big project or from an ongoing work, when you think about taking break, back of you mind it will say , how can you take break from an ongoing project?. But sometimes you need to take break. Take short break for one or two days. It will give you new motivation and have a clear mind on what you are doing. It will help you get new energy and new motivation every time. analyze your time and take break form the work what you are doing. Make a habit to take small breaks, it helps to relies stress.
    
3.    Positive attitude towards life: Life is an exceptionally good master, it just pays you the right, nothing less nothing more, its payees you what you deserve.  Keep a positive attitude towards life, it will help you to think differently. Life is much bigger than anything, we can have a positive attitude of life. It will help you out.

4.    We can only focus on what we can control:  We must keep in our mind that there are many events in our life that we cannot control at all. Like loss of life or earth quick and may other things. We can not control most of the things of life. so, we should focus on our circle of control, which mostly include ourselves and our circumstances. Like corona virus, we can not do anything about it, so do not think too much about it, just follow the rules and be safe.

5.    Meditation: We do exercise to build our muscles, in the same way we do meditation to build our imagination and brain power. To me meditation and mindful prayer help the body and mind to be relaxed and focus. Practice forgiveness and mindfulness help to bring inner peace, which eventually lead to high achievement. 

6.    Exercise: Physical exercise benefits not only mind it also help us to relax our mind, in every exercise session there is a sense of self-achievement which gives you happiness. We should find some time do physical exercise. If we can do 20 -30 minutes of walk, run swim, or dance it can help us to relieve from few hours of stress effects from our life.
 
7.    Eat healthy food: Our body is the only and sole place we live; without healthy body we will miss all the earthly material benefits. Health body passage happy mind, if we cannot avoid junk food, it is exceedingly difficult to have good health. If you do not have good health, the stress will automatically come. Without good health, difficult to have the stress-free life. food determined 70%-80% of our health, salespeople are intended to take outside and bad quality food, this habit need to change, if you have good food you will enjoy the life.
   
8.    Learn to manage time: One day we have extremely limited time to execute the time and we need to know how to use this time, we need to setup very sharp priority. We need to have our own priority, many works come up we need to know which one is important and which one is urgent. We need to know how to do the urgent work with the help of others. And we also need to know how to do the important work in the morning. It will give us the true sense of what we accomplish in future.
 
9.    Learn to say no in life: in sales job we cannot say no, but sometime saying no to something is better. The work can bring the stress we need to tall them no. in life also we need to know say no. than you can only get the important things to do, and stress come only form the extra things we do, we are not focused and we easily become dis-focused when we cannot say no. 

10.    Do not trust on outside things to remove stress: we need to think, for removing stress there are many temporary things, like someone get in to drug, alcohol or smoking, this is not good at all, this can give you a limited time relief but cannot give you long time solution, Stress is mainly and foremost mental state. If you have a good control of you mind stress will not come to you and life will be incredibly beautiful.

11.    Become more social:  become more social means not to go to Facebook often, I am suggesting to physically visit to some of the friends and relatives. Or invite them to spend some time together. Give more time to children and parents. Do some social work and do something that make you feel grateful to almighty; this is a good way to relief stress.
  
12.    Learn to laugh and help others: laughter is the best medicine, see some comedy movie, spend more time with the people who are really need help, make time for your hobbies and games.  This will help you to reduce stress.

Every people are different may be one solution work to one, it is not necessary that solution work for others. Everyone is different so they will choice how to reduce their stress. Some people may find interest in hobbies such as gardening, playing music and creating art, some goes to see the movies, and some want to be alone in the sea beach, some want to do some yoga, meditation or walking and spend time with friends.

Stress is not a good thing to carry for long time, when you feel like this you are in stress, take steps to do something as soon as possible. Hope everything will be great with our life.
