Temperature may increase

The mild cold wave sweeping over the country, especially the north-western regions, may improve after two days.

The chilling condition is likely to improve from Sunday, said the Bangladesh Meteorological Department.

The lowest temperature was recorded at 8.4 degrees Celsius in Chuadanga today while the higest was 28.3 degrees Celsius at Teknaf.

In its forecast for the next 24 hours commencing from 9:00am Friday, the Met office said weather may remain dry with partly cloudy sky over the country.
