Three Bangladeshis shot dead by BSF

At least three Bangladeshi nationals have been shot dead by Border Security Force (BSF) of India in Porsha border of Naogaon district.

The incident took place near the pillar number 231/10 (S) of Neelmari Beel area early Thursday.

The deceased were identified as Sandip, 24, son of Shukrar at Bijlipara under Bishnapur, Kamal, 32, son of late Zillur Rahman at Katapukur, and Mafij Uddin, 38, son of Khodabox at Dhighirpara.

Nayed Subedar Mokhlesur Rahman, commander of Hapania camp of BGB-16, confirmed the matter to media.

According to sources, BSF member fired upon a group of cattle traders when they returning to Bangladesh with cattle, leaving three dead on the spot.
