Train service with Dhaka resumes after 3 hrs

Staff Correspondent, Tangail: Rail communication of Dhaka with northern and southern districts resumed three hours after its suspension as two compartments of Khulna-bound Sundarban Express derailed on the eastern side of the Bangabandhu bridge.

The rail service was restored around 4:30pm.

Masum Ali Khan, Bangabandhu Bridge (East) Rail Station Master, confirmed the news.
