Staff Correspondent: A Dhaka court today ordered to start the trial processes for 37 people including BNP chairperson`s adviser Amanullah Aman in a sabotage case filed with Keraniganj Thana.
Dhaka’s senior judicial magistrate Mostafizur Rahman framed a charge sheet after rejecting acquittal plea by the accused on Monday.
The magistrate fixed January 10 for the deposition on the case adding that the trial processes for the accused have started formally as a result of charge sheet framing.
On November 28, 2013, Keraniganj Model Police Station Sub-Inspector Ashok Kumar filed the arson case on the charge of sabotage in the Kalindi Belejbiz area under Keraniganj Thana.
Keraniganj police`s Inspector (Investigation) Mofizur Rahman submitted the charge sheet to the court against 37 people including BNP chairperson`s adviser Amanullah Aman on August 8, 2014.
