Two children drown in Feni

Feni Correspondent: Two children drowned when they went for a bath in a pond at Machhimpur village under Feni Sadar upazila in the district on Wednesday noon.

The deceased were identified as Najmun Nahar Afrin, 7, daughter of Saleh Ahmed and Jannatul Ferdous, 7, daughter of Akbar Hossain. Both were the first grader at Machhimpur Govt. Primary School of the upazila.

Md Alamgir Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Feni Model Police Station, confirmed their deaths.
