At least two cocktails suddenly exploded in front of the Engineers Institution of Ramna in the city on Wednesday noon.
A programme marking the founding anniversary of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal was being held there.
No one injured in this incident.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Shahbagh Police Station Abul Hasan confirmed the matter.
