Two ‘dacoits’ held over attack on police

Two suspected dacoits have been detained over the attack on police in hilly area at Madhabpur in Habiganj district.

Police detained them in a drive on Wednesday night. The detainees are Abdus Sobhan Sumon at Narsingdi sadar upazila and Biozid Bostami at Shibpur upazila.

Confirming the matter, Police Super Mohammad Ullah said police also recovered a foreign pistol and two bullets from them.
