Two killed as truck hit another truck

Two people were killed as a truck hit another truck at Bhaluka in Mymensingh on Thursday midnight.

The accident took place in Aspara Crossing of Dhaka-Mymensingh highway.

The deceased were identified as truck driver Jamal Uddin, 40, and his assistant Shakil Ahmed. They hailed from Jamalpur district.

Fire Service Officer Iqbal Hasan said a Dhaka-bound sand-laden truck hit another goods-laden truck, leaving two dead on the spot.
