Two killed in Teknaf ‘gunfight’

Two suspected drug traders who were brothers were killed in a ‘gunfight’ with police in Chawkbazar area under Teknaf sadar union in Cox’s Bazar district early Friday.

Officer-in-Charge of Teknaf Thana Prodip Kumar Das confirmed the news.

The deceased were identified as Md Ajadul Haque, 23, son of late Hakim Ali at Kanchannagar under Chandanaish Thana in Chattogram, and his elder brother Mohammad Faruk, 37.
