Woman killed after being hit by motorcycle in Nilphamari

Nilphamari Correspondent: A woman was killed as a motorcycle hit her on Saidpur bypass road on Sunday afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Jobaida Begum, 50, wife of late Azizar Rahman at Koya Golahat in the town.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Saidpur Thana Abul Hasat said a motorcycle hit Jobaida around 5.30pm when she was crossing a road, leaving her injured critically.

She was immediately taken to Saidpur 100-bed Hospital. 

Later, she died on way to Ranpur Medical College Hospital.
