Youth hacked dead at Fatullah

Staff Correspondent, Narayanganj: A youth was hacked to death by drug peddlers over a trivial issue in Fatullah Dewbhog Madrasah area on Saturday night.

The deceased was identified as Shakil, son of late Aman Ullah in Dewbhog Purbanagar area.

According to locals, drug peddlers attacked Shakil around 10.45 pm, leaving him critically injured. He died on way to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Five people were injured in the incident who tried to save him.
