Youth held while selling fake question papers

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-14) have detained a youth while he was selling fake question papers of SSC examinations in Bhaluka upazila of Mymensingh.

The detainee is Masud Rana, 24, a resident of Ghatail upazila of Tangail.

A press release issued from RAB-14 on Saturday noon came up with the information.

Masud Rana came to Bhaluka to sell SSC question papers from Ghatail. After being aware of the matter, he along with fake question papers was arrested in a drive conducted in the area early Saturday, according to RAB.

Masud had been communicating with SSC examinees on Facebook to sell question papers, the elite force said.

Advertisement regarding question paper leaks, printed copies of fake question papers, mobile phone, SIM and memory were recovered from his possession. Later, he was handed over to Bhaluka police station.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bhaluka police station Mainuddin said Masud will be produced before a court and sent to jail after filing a case in this connection.
