Youth held with 500gm heroine in Rajshahi

Police in a drive arrested a young man along with 500 gram of heroine from Godagari upazila of Rajshahi on Saturday.

The arrestee is Manik Mia, 22, son of Durul Huda, hailed from Madarpur Dimvanga Mohalla of Godagari municipality.

District police spokesperson, Additional police super Iftekhar Alam said, acting on secret information, a team of Godagari police station arrested the youth this afternoon.

A case has been filed in this regard, the police officer said.
