Gold price drops by Tk 1,878 per bhori

Bangladesh Jeweller’s Association (BAJUS) has reduced gold price by Tk 1,878 per bhori.

A press release signed by Masudur Rahman, chairman of the standing committee on pricing and price monitoring of BAJUS, disclosed this on Thursday (May 2).

As a result, good quality gold of 22-carat has stood at Tk 1,09, 163 per bhori (11.664 grams).

According to the press release, the new price will be effective from May 3.
