Inward remittance declines

Bangladesh received US$1,90.90 crore in inward remittance in July, the lowest remittance in last 10 months.

Bangladesh Bank spokesperson Mezbaul Haque confirmed the figures on Thursday.

Bangladesh received US$ 133 crore in inward remittance in September of 2023.

Remittance inflow in the country fell by 3% in July compared to the same period last year.
