BSEC summons chairmen, MDs of 14 companies 

Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has summoned the chairmen, managing directors and company secretaries of 14 listed companies. 

The companies have been summoned for not disbursing dividends to shareholders despite declaration in the last financial year. 

The meeting will be held next Sunday (October 6) at 10 am in the meeting room of the Securities Commission building. 

BSEC Executive Director and Spokesperson Mohammad Rezaul Karim confirmed the matter on Saturday (October 5).

The companies are- Lube-Ref Bangladesh Limited, SK Trims & Industries Limited, Shepherd Industries Limited, VFS Thread Dyeing Limited, Fortune Shoes Limited, Associated Oxygen Limited, Desh Garments Limited, Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited, Beach Hatchery Limited, Advent Pharma Limited, Khulna Power Company Limited, Libra Infusion Limited, Pacific Denims Limited and Union Insurance Limited.
