Marcel, one of the most popular electronics brands in Bangladesh, has started exporting air conditioners.
Of late, the domestic brand exported its produced inverter technology's solar hybrid ACs to the Middle Eastern country Yemen.
Marcel AC's Chief Business Officer Md. Tanvir Rahman said, Marcel AC has gained huge popularity in the domestic market. Along with meeting the domestic demands, Marcel has emphasized keeping a strong footprint in the global market. In view of this, we have started global market expansion activities by exporting ACs to Yemen.
According to him, Marcel ACs will be ahead of other brands in the global market due to its latest technology, innovative design, international standards and price competitiveness. The CBO hoped that Marcel brand ACs will be able to gain the trust of buyers in the Yemen market in a very short time.
Marcel Global Business Division's Vice President Abdur Rauf noted that the first shipment of Marcel ACs was sent to Yemen on January 23 this year.
He said that Marcel ACs will be marketed and sold in Yemen through a local well-known electronics products trading enterprise.
According to Marcel Global Business Branch, Marcel's solar hybrid ACs, which were exported to Yemen, are designed with super power saving model. This AC will run on solar power during the day. If the solar power is low in day light, this ACs will run in hybrid mode by first taking electricity from solar power and then through the power line as needed. As a result, it will consume less electricity. Besides, it will run through solar power battery or electric line at night. The use of anti-rust Coatec industrial solution technology is resulted in raising the life time of this AC. In addition, Marcel uses CFC and HCFC gas-free completely environment friendly R-32 gas.
