It won’t be difficult to deal with US tariff impact: Finance Adviser

Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed has said that it will not be difficult to address the impact that will fall on the economy due to the imposition of new US tariffs.

He made the remark while talking to reporters at the secretariat on Sunday (April 6) following the nine-day long Eid vacation.

The financial adviser said, “It will not be difficult to deal with the impact that will fall on the economy due to the imposition of new tariffs by the United States. The government has taken an initiative to negotiate with the US administration in this regard. We are hopeful that something good will happen.”
