Bangladesh receives 125 crore US dollar remittance in 20 days

Bangladesh received US dollar of 125 crore 70 thousand inward remittance in the first 20 days of October, the fourth month of the 2023-2024 fiscal year.

The latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) revealed the information on Sunday (October 22).

According to the data, in these 20 days of October, the country received remittance of 10 crore 15 lakh and 20 thousand US dollar through state-owned banks, 4 crore 15 lakh and 30 thousand US dollar through a specialized bank, 110 crore 31 lakh and 10 thousand US dollar through private banks, and 39 lakh 10 thousand through foreign banks.
