JU teacher resigns protesting attacks on students

An associate professor of Jahangirnagar University (JU) has resigned from his position protesting against the recent attacks on students.

Zahidul Karim, a teacher of Jahangirnagar University’s (JU) management studies department, made the announcement on Thursday.

He submitted his resignation paper officially through the varsity registrar.

The vice-chancellor Nurul Alam confirmed the matter.
