Good health is a blessing!

Competitors are fighting on the wrestling stage. Exciting supporters are appreciating their favorite fighter. Who will be the winner? Confusing moment! At last, the authorities handed over the medal to the champion. In the meantime, one student beat his friend by a few marks. People are going to congratulate him on his success.
Turn the focus of our camera to the other side! Himel is moaning on a hospital’s floor. He feels that if he could survive one month more with his family. On the other side, Sifat thinks that if he could forget all the unpleasant memories. What if he attempts to remake his life from today?
Now leave this discussion. This is life. Many of the competition in our life remains uncertain. Can we predict what is going to happen next? Some of the people are getting sad so easily. However we judge from our viewpoint. Little things can influence our daily happiness. While mental discomfort can change our daily lives, biological disorders also can shift our mental health as well.
Think about that if you get chronic disorders today? A chronic illness is a long-term health condition that may not have a cure. Physically ill individuals may also develop post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). A study of cancer patients found that one in five developed PTSD after their diagnosis. Many physical conditions are associated with abnormal levels of hormones and neurotransmitters that can affect mental health. There are many possible stressors and many common emotions associated with physical disease.
A chronic disease may produce long-lasting feelings- everything from exhaustion and fear of guilt and resentment because of demands made on family and friends. Feelings of frustration and sadness are also quite common when you realize the life you once knew is now different.
Now think about your competitor. For what you’re competing on? You are born alive. Every day of our life is full of knots. How many times did we defeat in our life? My answer is - those times when we lose ourselves. Legendary poet-novelist Nabaneeta Dev Sen, a cancer patient, said before her death-
"Alright, come and fight"
"Come and fight"
She left the earth. Yet, is she defeated? This is time to think differently. Get out from the useless competition. Good health is a blessing for you. Use your mind to inspire, bless, and heal all people, everywhere.
