Evaly’s founder Rassel freed on bail

E-commerce company Evaly’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammad Rassel has been released from Kashimpur Jail on bail.

He came out from the jail at around 5:45pm on Monday.

Jail Super from Kashimpur Central Jail-1 Shajahan Ahmed confirmed the news.

He said Md Russel was accused in several cases and for this, he failed to get bail earlier. All relevant papers related to bail reached the prison on Monday afternoon. After scrutinising those, Mohammad Rassel was permitted to walk out of jail.

On September 15, 2021, a customer named Arif Baker filed a money laudering case with Gulshan Police Station accusing Russel and his wife Shamima Nasrin.
