Fire at Joypurhat train: 3 accused arrested

Police arrested three people for their alleged involvement in two separate sabotage activities in train in Joypurhat.

The arrestees are Opu, 24, Taizul Islam, 26, and Momin, 25, of Akkelpur Upazila.

Muktar Hossain, Officer-in-Charge of Santahar railway police station said that miscreants set fire to Drutojan Expressway train and Uttara Express Mail train on December 15.

The three detainees were the mastermind of the two fire incidents. They were arrested early this morning, the OC added.
