Good environment for fair polls prevailing in country: EC Rasheda

Election Commissioner (EC) Rasheda Sultana has said that a fully favourable and good environment for fair polls is prevailing in the country.

She made the remark while speaking at a views exchange meeting ahead of the 12th parliamentary election at the Nilphamari Deputy Commissioner office on Saturday.

Candidates, returning officer, presiding officers and officers of law enforcing agencies participated in the meeting.

Rasheda Sultana said, due to several limitations, we are not able to install CC cameras in all centers. Now journalists have to fulfill that responsibility and we consider journalists as CCTV cameras.
